fertîles is a team of passionate facilitators and trainers who have been travelling across France for over five years (and now Belgium and the UK) to share tools and approaches that help people learn how to work and live collectively.

Each of us is engaged in our own way, united by a common desire to understand how the complexity and the power of human relationships can open up new possibilities.

We give different training sessions from 2 days to 6 weeks on : cooperation attitude, facilitation skills, visual facilitation, democratic engagement, power dynamics with a genuine head–heart–body pedagogy, integrating knowledge, emotions and embodied experience.
