Experiencing the PACoo’ means

gaining the fundamentals of cooperation:

Before cooperating with others, it's essential to learn to cooperate with yourself. coopérer avec soi-même

Our six-day collective immersion training course is designed to help everyone question, observe and experiment with their own cooperative posture.

By attending this training, I give myself the opportunity to reassess my place, role, and uniqueness in the dynamics around me and in the groups I am part of.

I deepen my personal intention within my engagement. I observe my intuitive reactions (reflexive postures) and explore new ones.

I identify behaviors I can adopt that will bring the group together and inspire its members to cooperate.

These postures are like keys I can carry anywhere because they depend solely on me. Experiencing a PACoo’ allows me to nurture these abilities well beyond the program.

The objective of this training is to equip you to become better at managing group dynamics and to (re)claim your agency for change, enabling the transformations you wish to see in the world.

After completing this training, you will be able to:

What will I take away from it?

Tools for collective intelligence
Des outils d'intelligence collective
Un cadre de confiance</span
Tools to help you learn how to learn
An understanding of the key roles in cooperation
Insight into implied or underlying group dynamics
A peer community to support your ongoing engagement

How?

Through active and participatory learning

Emergence and experimentation are central to the training experience.

Over the six days, there are only about five hours of lecture-style teaching.
After practicing, we help the group extract the key lessons from each experience.

This approach emphasizes peer-to-peer learning.

Believing that learning is not just intellectual, we also incorporate physical exercises and real-life simulations.

"We need to experience and internalize things physically. I believe in imagination, but nothing replaces real experiences in a setting where you chop your own wood to build a common shelter."

For Whom?

There are no prerequisites for this training. Whatever your age or experience:

This training is for you if...
