Confronting your ever learning cooperative attitude: observing your instinctive reflexes, trying out new ways of being present, and finding unifying behaviors to apply in your everyday contexts.
Implement a framework of trust, tools for cooperation and facilitation, and structured methods to make groups effective and inclusive. You will leave this training with tools that can be applied immediately.
Sustaining cooperation: leave with landmarks, a network of peers, and a solid foundation for taking impactful action within your projects and organizations.
This training is for you if :
